2、Race Items List

* Two Race bibs for each marathon runner, one big bib (with Timing Chip), one small bib (without Timing Chip.

One race bib for each Family Run player ( without Timing Chip).

3、Documents Required for the Collection(Player must pick up the items in person. Pick up for others is not allowed. )

　　1、Submit 2016 Beijing Hyundai•Beijing Marathon Race Items Collection Certificate.(Player should bring printed Race Items Collection Certificate, or you will be not allowed to enter the hall.)

　　(Login the official website or APP Malamala click “Race Items Collection Certificate Inquiry"、check all information, download, print and confirm the certificate with signature)

　　2、Take your own valid identity certificates( ID card, Passport, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, etc.)

　　*For the entrants who failed to submit above mentioned materials, the Organizing Committee reserves the right of refusing to provide race items*　

４、Pick-up Procedure

Step 1. Collect Entering Ticket with printed Race Items Collection Certificate;

Step 2. Entering the hall with ticket;

Step 3. Choose size for cloth and fill in the Collection Certificate;

Step 4. Submit Collection Certificate to the corresponding collection window according to the interval of bib number, staffs check personal information;

Step 5. After all information checked, staffs take back Collection Certificate, entrants take race items.

5、Kindly Reminder from the Organizing Committee (Please read carefully)

　　1、The peak hours for picking up will be the last day. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting, it’s highly suggested to get the collection certifications ready and avoid the peak hours to collect race items.

　　2、Select T-shirt on site. Due to the limited number of certain sizes. Please arrange your time and avoid the peak hours. Once issued cannot be exchanged.

4、2016 Beijing Hyundai•Beijing Marathon Race Items Collection Certificate is considered as a proof of collection, please login and print on the official website and keep it properly.
